  • Attend site on regular basis to observe progress

  • Coordination of project team members as required

  • Monitor construction administration process, including tracking of RFIs, submittals, etc.

  • Elevate critical project topics to client as needed

  • Provide monthly report including key project information

  • Oversee project closeout process

Reporting and Financial Oversight

  • Prepare monthly draw package including all project soft and hard costs

  • Review contractor requests for change orders

  • Review design team members requests for additional services
